The following list is my personal choice and can not satisfy everybody :)

Inception

inception

No other movie deserves top spot in our list, more than Inception. What else can you expect from Christopher Nolan and Leonardo DiCaprio combination. Every now and then Nolan reminds us that is he a genius.

In a world where technology exists to enter the human mind through dream invasion, a single idea within one’s mind can be the most dangerous weapon or the most valuable asset. DiCaprio is a highly skilled thief , who specializes in the art of retrieving information from people’s mind but this time his job is much more tough as he has to plant an idea of splitting his father’s business in Fischer’s mind. On success of the mission DiCapro will be free of murder charges and will be able to return to USA. The concept is just out of this world and the presentation is simply mesmerizing. If you haven’t watched Inception, take a day off and watch it as soon as possible.

Toy Story 3

Second in our list is 3D animate movie Toy Story 3.The plot focuses on the adventures of Woody, Buzz Lightyear, and other toys dealing with an uncertain future as their owner prepares to leave for college.Toy Story 3 was released worldwide from June through October in Disney Digital 3-D, RealD and IMAX 3D. The feature broke Shrek the Third’s record as the biggest opening day North American gross for an animated film unadjusted for inflation and a big opening with an unadjusted gross of $110,307,189. It is also the highest-grossing opening weekend for a Pixar film, as well as the highest-grossing opening weekend for a film to have opened in the month of June.

Andy is packing for college and his toys, who have passed a long time not being played with, feel forgotten and abandoned. Andy decides to take Woody with him to college and intends to store the other toys in the attic. A misunderstanding with Andy’s mom results in the other toys being thrown away, making them think they are no longer wanted; they escape and decide to climb in a box to be donated to the Sunnyside Daycare, along with Woody.

The Social Network

The-Social-Network

The Social Network is one of the best reality based movies, I have ever seen.In 2003 Mark Zuckerberg, as portrayed by Zombieland’s Jesse Eisenberg, was a narcissistic, arrogant, and lonely sophomore at Harvard, who was looking to be accepted by the school’s elite in order to have “a better life”. He also happened to be a genius. After a particularly jarring breakup, Zuckerberg pulls off an impressive feat of computer coding, and in the span of a few hours creates Facemash, a website that asked students to choose between two girls and pick the one they thought was better looking. The website lands Zuckerberg in trouble with the school, alienates him with the female student population, but also brings him to the attention of the Winklevoss twins, Cameron and Tyler (both played by Armie Hammer with additional shots using Josh Pence as a stand in), and their partner Divya Narendra (played by Max Minghella).

The trio hire Zuckerberg to help code their website HarvardConnection. The idea was to create a social network that thrived on the idea of exclusivity, and Zuckerberg soon agrees to help. Shortly after, he tells his friend Eduardo Saverin (played by Andrew Garfield) that he has had an idea for a social network of his own, and with Saverin’s money and a promise to make him CFO, Zuckerberg begins work on TheFacebook.

Tangled

tangled

An elderly woman named Gothel witnesses a single drop of pure sunlight hit the ground, creating a magical flower with the ability to keep herself young when she sings to it. Centuries later, the queen of a nearby kingdom falls ill while expecting a child. Her guards find the mysterious flower, hidden by Gothel, and bring it to the queen. The flower heals the queen and she gives birth to a girl named Rapunzel, who comes to inherit the flower’s magic through her long golden hair. One night, Gothel kidnaps Rapunzel and isolates her in a tower as her own daughter, to continue to preserve her youth. However, every year on Rapunzel’s birthday, the kingdom sends floating lanterns into the sky longing for their lost princess to return.

Eighteen years later, Rapunzel is seen in her tower playing with her companion Pascal, a chameleon. She dreams of what is outside, claiming she lives the same routine every day (”When Will My Life Begin?”). Later, when Gothel arrives, Rapunzel tells her that she wishes to see these annual floating lights that appear on her birthday, but Gothel rejects her by telling Rapunzel that the world is a dangerous place (”Mother Knows Best”). Meanwhile, the thief Flynn Rider and his twin thug accomplices heist the tiara of the missing princess from the castle. As they flee, Flynn abandons the twins, allowing the pursuing castle guards to capture them. During the fiasco, the lead guard’s horse, Maximus, is separated from his rider and continues the search for Flynn on his own.

Kick Ass

Kick-Ass-movie

Aaron Johnson plays the high school student comic geek who decides to become a masked hero (Kick-Ass) just because he can. His first foray lands him in the hospital with bones that need plates to heal and damaged nerve endings, but that is only a boon for his new line of work. When he’s back on the streets again, he meets a father-daughter duo (Nicolas Cage as Big Daddy and Chloe Grace Moretz as Hit Girl) who are real masked hero types–vast and astonishing collection of weapons, constant training with them, and a plan for their vigilante justice that involves taking down the biggest crime lord in New York City and taking sweet sweet revenge for the death of Chloe’s mother in the process.

Plot and presentation are just wow. Violence is the only thing which may bother few viewers. On the whole movie is worth watching.
